These investment or partnership options divided into three major categories. You will also, be able to switch between those partnerships and investment options when you want in order to maximize your return.

General Partnership

With General Partnership at Square Block, you become a part of all of Square Block's present and future projects.

It works very simply:

  1. Make a One Time Investment or invest a low Minimum Required Investment amount, or select a Flexible Investment Plan to participate in General Partnership, and you will become a part of Square Block Family that is invested into a growing network of properties.
  2. Select whether you would like to Reinvest the Dividends that you receive on the Dividend Declaration Date or get a Cash Dividend and spend it any way you like.
  3. Notify Square Block if you would like to use one of the properties as your Personal Residence or a Business Office and you will get a list of properties available for you to use. (learn more here)
  4. Enjoy your Square Block General Partnership.

This type of Partnership best works for those who would like to maximize their investment returns and involvement in Square Block's projects. Also, this will work great for those with low income and those who want to save for the downpayment on the property they would eventually purchase.

Dedicated Partnership

With Dedicated Partnership option you become Square Block's partner in That One Project that you explicitly choose to participate in.

It works the similar way as in General Partnership:

  1. Make a One Time Investment or invest a low Minimum Required Investment amount, or select a Flexible Investment Plan to participate in General Partnership, and you will become a part of Square Block Family that is invested into a growing network of properties.
  2. Select whether you would like to Reinvest the Dividends that you receive on the Dividend Declaration Date or get a Cash Dividend and spend it any way you like.
  3. Notify Square Block if you would like to use one of the properties as your Personal Residence or a Business Office and you will get a list of properties available for you to use. (learn more here)
  4. Enjoy your Square Block Dedicated Partnership.

This type of Partnership best works for those who would like to use the property as their personal residence, workplace or office and at the same time would like to generate some income from the property that they do not use for themselves.

Preferred Lender

Become one of Square Block's Preferred Lenders and get a handsome fixed interest rate on the money that you lend to Square Block.

  1. Select the Lending Term - starting from Minimum of 3 Months to a Maximum of 15 Years.
  2. Select the Lending Amount - starting from a Minimum of $1000.00 to Unlimited.
  3. Select the Loan Repayment Currency in which you would like to be paid back ( USD, EUR, BTC, ETH, etc.)

Please note, because the money Square Block will borrow from you will be invested into Real-Estate and related products such as New Construction and etc. the interest rate will be calculated as an Average based on the prevailing interest rate published by United States Federal Reserve Bank and Three or more US Based National Banks such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Chase Bank for the chosen Lending Term.
