- List your property with Square Block. To list your property, you must complete 1. Digitization, and 2. Tokenization processes. Once done, you can easily Sell, Rent or Borrow against the property.
2. GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
General Partnership works best for those who want to maximize their investment returns, save for a downpayment, or generate income.
As a General Partner at Square Block, you become a part of all Square Block’s current and future projects and real estate investments.
- Stake your Square Block tokens into a General Partnership Pool.
- You can invest as much or as little as you want.
- Make a one-time investment or set monthly or weekly automatic investments in the most comfortable amounts.
- Since Square Block is actively managing its properties and producing Rental, Lending, and Liquidity Income, you will get monthly Staking Rewards.
- Reinvest your Staking Rewards to grow your stake or choose to withdraw it.
3. PREFERED LENDER
Lending works best for those looking for stable, predictable returns and want to minimize volatility and get potential growth in the Real Estate market.
Become one of Square Block’s Preferred Lenders and get a competitive interest rate on the money that you lend on the Square Block Platform.
- To start lending, stake your Square Block Tokens into Square Block Lending Pool.
- Select the Lending Term – starting from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 15 Years.
- Select the Lending Amount – from a minimum of $100.00 equivalent in Square Block Token to Unlimited.
- Select the Loan Repayment Currency you want to get back ( USD, EUR, BTC, ETH, Cardano, Stable Coins, etc.).
- Select whether you want to Automatically Reinvest or Withdraw your Earnings as an Income (you can switch from Reinvesting to Withdrawal and back at any time).
4. LIQUIDITY PROVIDER
Providing Liquidity works best for those who want to earn a competitive Liquidity Farming APR and quickly grow their investment.
Become Liquidity Provider to earn a liquidity fee.
- To become a Liquidity Provider, stake your Square Block Tokens into a Square Block Liquidity Pool.
- Your Square Block tokens will automatically be converted to Square Block LP Tokens (50% Square Block Token / 50% Stable Coins such as USDT or USDC).
- Add your Tokens to the Liquidity Pool, and your Liquidity Tokens will Automatically be staked into Liquidity Farming.
- You can withdraw your Liquidity at any time.
- Liquidity Farming Credits will become available for withdrawal every 30 days to provide stability to the ecosystem. If you decide to withdraw before the 30-day earnings vesting period, you will forfeit the earnings accrued during this period.
