  6. Create a platform to Trade Real Estate shares in a highly liquid manner or on-demand, if you will.
  7. Provide a platform where investors can Lend Directly to Borrowers for Real-Estate Purchases.
  8. Consequently, everyone involved can become a part of the growing real estate market.
